All of our charges are broken down individually as are the third party fees (disbursements); these are the fees that we pay on the clients’ behalf to third party providers such as cemeteries, crematoria, clergy, officiant, doctors, florists etc.
All third party charges (Disbursements/Charges that are not us) are required to be paid in full prior to the funeral service date.
We will send a final account including our own fees to the client after the funeral has been completed with all relevant charges on one itemised account.
Our Direct funeral options require full payment prior to completion of the service.
We accept payment by Cheque, Bank Transfer or Card Payment over the telephone or at our main branch at 78 Brook Street, Carlisle.
Payment terms are 14 days.
